Sliding into our Passenger Seat is the beautiful, dazzling and simply stunning Jacinta. Best of all, she’s also one of the most down to earth people we’ve come across. Draped in G-Star’s finest, she caught up with us in UN Nightclub for a one on one.

ASM: Hey Jacinta – how you doing?
Jacinta: I’m good thank you, how are you?

ASM: Good, good - so how long have you being modeling?
Jacinta: Just a few months, not really that long, but I love it. I’ve met so many interesting people and gotten to know the industry so much, I’m really enjoying it all.

ASM: How did you get started?
Jacinta: Well I was discovered here by Scene Model Agency but before that I traveled over to America and did some modeling there like fashion parades and bits and pieces. After that I came back here and really got into it here.  

ASM: So they’ve kept you busy locally?  
Jacinta: Very. I’ve been doing heaps and heaps of editorial and winter campaigns for mags like Girlfriend, Dolly, Cleo and companies like Sportsgirl. I’ve done lots of fashion spreads and have worked for some international clients from Japan, Korea and China. I did the Jeans West and Samsung advertising campaigns for massive billboards in China.

ASM: So how did the ASM shoot compare?
Jacinta: It was awesome, lots of fun actually ‘cause it was heaps chilled. I’ve never really worked in that way before. It was much more relaxed; really laid-back. And because we had music pumping and everyone was just hanging out it didn’t feel like work but more like chilling at a club – actually we were in a club!
